As Managing Director of GoZero Stephen brings extensive local and international experience as a CEO and Chairman/Non-Executive Director on private, public and government boards.
In his most recent position as the Agent General to the United Kingdom, Europe and Israel, Stephen was responsible for promoting trade, investment, and economic ties with New South Wales. This included working closely with renewable energy providers and green transport entities looking to invest in Australia to help our nation achieve its net zero ambitions.
Prior to his time representing NSW in the UK, Stephen was the CEO of Business NSW for 11 years and, prior to that, founded and led ASX listed Human Resources firm, Chandler Macleod Group.

Chief Commercial Officer, John Featherstone is an experienced C-suite leader having held a range of executive roles across the Asia Pacific region including Regional Vice President, Managing Director and Country Head.
John prides himself on using his strategic leadership, business transformation, and team development skills to drive growth and innovation, optimise routes to market, and align sales and marketing efforts to reflect a strong customer-centric approach.
His background in the ICT sector, spanning both B2B and B2C markets, as well as experience with disruptive technologies, positions him well to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of zero emission transportation.
Chief Executive Officer Nexport
Michel van Maanen is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years’ experience in large-scale logistics, transport and e-mobility organisations across Europe and Australasia.
Michel serves as the CEO of Nexport, a fully owned subsidiary of GoZero Group dedicated to delivering zero emission transport solutions and the manufacture of zero emission bus, coach and logistics vehicles.
Previous roles include CEO, Director of Performance Management and Director of Supply Chain for French multinational, Transdev and Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operations Officer at Dutch e-bus manufacturer Ebusco. With this background Michel is adept at managing performance improvement, fleet optimisation, enhancing customer experience and has a strong focus on driving innovation and advancing e-mobility solutions.
