Operational Analysis & Advisory
Blending our expertise and unique methodology to understand operational requirements in order to identify optimisation opportunities and develop the right solution design for each customer.
Energy Analysis & Retail
Understand electrical infrastructure including site visits, review electrical drawings, liaison with distributed network service providers and power modelling. Development of the correct solution for power including grid connection, transformers and energy storage systems. Negotiation with current energy retailer regarding pricing, contract and management of front of meter activities.
Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC)
Develop infrastructure and electrical design, cost estimates, supply chain/partner liaison, grid connection augmentation, civil works estimation, approvals (corporate/government/DNSP), project and construction management including planning, governance, risk management and reporting.
Assets
Engineering, design, procurement and/or manufacture of vehicle/charging and energy storage assets through supply chain and global partnerships.
Solution Engineering
In this phase our internal engineering team starts developing a fit for purpose solution for our clients based on their operational requirements. As part of the solution the following tasks are undertaken
- Determining the optimal charging solution based on the charging requirements. An example being;
- In ground chargers
- Gantry solution
- Hybrid solution
- Determining different assets such as
- Type of electric vehicles
- Type of chargers
- Identifying different suppliers for the provision of assets and charging infrastructure
Programme Management

This ensures all the parties have complete visibility of the key milestones and deliverables. Furthermore, our project governance ensures that the client is involved throughout the journey and that there are no surprises.

Internal change management, stakeholder engagement, training and process development to make the transition as easily and seamless as possible.
Aftersales
End to end support to ensure vehicles, chargers and systems are deployed to meet functional requirements. Ongoing account management to ensure warranty/maintenance/spare parts supply.
Applications
Software that integrates with operational control systems to provide real time insights on energy use, vehicle/charger performance, driver behavior, faults and failures.
Finance
Flexibility to choose finance/operating lease or consumption based commercial models to enable wrapping of asset/infrastructure/application into a single contract.
